High Fidelity Ultrasonic inspection of a Cement Bond Repair

Successful logging of test pieces that had undergone local expanded cement bond repairs in parallel with similarly unrepaired sections.  ALl of the test peices had micro-fractures induced and all samples were pressure tested and found that the leaks were closed after undgoing the local expansion repairs.

The Cereus Ultrasonics’ Nusonix ultrasonic tool was able to verify the repairs on each of the repairs successfully due to the ultrea-high fidelity acoustics as a result of the use of the ‘Cereus Engine’.
